Has held senior roles as Business Manager and Division Head in several capacities.

Mrs. Varsharani Wahane

Founder & Director
Mrs. Wahane plays a foundational role in the strategic development of Whne’s Limited. As co-founder, she supports the company’s core vision of transferring sustainable Japanese technologies to the Indian market. Her leadership ensures strong operational coordination and a people-first approach to partnerships and project execution.

Mr. Akio Oshiumi

Director (Japan)
Mr. Oshiumi brings deep experience in Japanese industrial practices and plays a key role in building trust-based relationships with Japanese partners. As Director, he oversees the technical vetting and introduction of Japan-origin technologies to Indian industries, particularly in areas aligned with SDG goals, such as hydrogen production and water recycling.
